Administración y Organizaciones is a diamond open access journal: all content is freely and immediately available online to readers, with no fees for access or for authors to publish.

The journal adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), promoting the free circulation of scientific knowledge as a common good.
