Abstract

Exploratory innovation of a new experience of using communications systems in developed countries, but with innovations in developing countries. This article aims to present a valuation of human capital for the knowledge of performance as the basis for the implementation of new projects. It is a bibliographical research, with an introduction between classic and contemporary authors, confronting the development of countries from the concept of reverse innovation. Innovation in the part of the combination between the assimilation of knowledge is acquired in consolidated products, processes and services and the valuation of human capital.
