Abstract

SMEs are a means to the development of emerging economies, due to their contribution to economic-productive development. The intention of this project is to promote development through SMEs in the Guaymas region. The objective is to analyze the University and its link with the Productive Sector and economic development through SMEs, through a proposed model. We have based on literature, database and the incubation model used by the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON). This study points out the importance of generating spaces to promote, the development of SMEs. It is intended to encourage students to include in their academic practices and / or degree work, the study and development of the research lines of this important economic sector and publicize their progress or needs, entrepreneurship and thus contribute to its development
