Abstract

Information and knowledge are the new drivers of productivity and economic growth in modern economies, with a new creation of value for organizations through knowledge management. Bibliometric analysis has been applied to the field of knowledge management, between 1999 and 2019, related to knowledge management and knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS). This paper presents the evolution of publication growth, citation analysis, international collaboration, author productivity, and emerging topics, using the Elsevier Scopus database, Microsoft Excel 2016, VOSviewer, and word cloud maps. The results provide evidence of the formation of 7 clusters by bibliographic coupling, where the publications with more significant similarity in cited references, allow to identify the related researches, as well as the different approaches, from which the topic has been approached.
