Review process

• The editorial team makes a cordial invitation to the reviewer, according to his area of ​​knowledge, this is sent via email and through the website (if he has already participated previously)
  • New reviewer: Creates an account or profile on the website ( https://rayo.xoc.uam.mx ) 
    • In case of difficulty: Please notify via email ( rayo.uam.xoc@gmail.com ) and later we will send you the username and password to enter the platform (the password must be changed once the session is started)
• The reviewer has a period of 3 days to accept or reject the invitation to judge an article
  • If the review is accepted, it is necessary to send a confirmation email of acceptance
• Once the invitation is confirmed, the article review period is 15 business days
• If the review by the reviewer exceeds the deadline, the editorial team will be sending notifications via mail
• At the end of the review, the reviewer logs into their website account, fills out the review questionnaire, uploads the reviewed article and the result of their evaluation, which can be: negative, positive or conditioned
• In case the article requires corrections by the author, the editorial team will send them as soon as possible.
• Finally, the editorial team sends a certificate of participation and thanks to the reviewer, via email.
