Abstract

Despite the different conceptions, culture can be understood as a worldview, that is, a set of deposits of meaning to conceive the world around us and expressed in the system of meanings shared by the members of an organization. From this, the objective is to reflect on the influence of religion on the behavior of the individual, since this is part of the culture and, therefore, usually has influence on organizational processes and behaviors. The methodology used is a documentary review that allows us to analyze the concepts discussed here. Therefore, it is concluded that the submission from a religious adherence, needs, feelings, desires and processes of socialization, products of culture and that shape human nature, owe their existence to institutions and organizations.
