Abstract

This research objective was to know the level of satisfaction of undergraduate students of a public university with academic and support services applying the cumulative satisfaction approach. An ex post facto, descriptive, transversal study was designed. The sample included 1,121 students from four out of five campi. Results showed that students are satisfied with academic and support services, though at different levels. In consequence, actions are demanded to standardize quality level. Interior and exterior security in the campi is an area of opportunity that requires immediate attention. Cumulative satisfaction approach proved to be useful to make comparisons between different organizations and for benchmarking purposes.
